We're sure you've heard the quote “Half the money I spend on advertising is wasted, and the trouble is I don’t know which half.” So asking every potential new Customer where they heard about you is simple (cheap) and effective way of getting some very good direct feedback on your marketing.

The key to this approach is to:

  1. Ask everyone,
  2. Write the answer down &
  3. Review the results regularly to see if your marketing is effective and to identify how you might improve it in the future.
